Zero Period

At Pee Safe, we are constantly working towards our goal of empowering people who menstruate, promoting menstrual hygiene, breaking taboos, and eliminating stigmas.

We Educate

We Educate

Through the Zero Period campaign, we create safe and age-appropriate spaces for school students to learn about menstruation and menstrual hygiene. Our interactive sessions address myths and stigma, explain menstrual health and hygiene practices, and encourage students to make informed and confident choices about period care.

We Enable

We Enable

We equip students with the knowledge to make informed choices about menstrual care. Through Zero Period, students are introduced to different menstrual hygiene products, their appropriate usage, and key considerations for choosing products that suit their individual needs, comfort, and lifestyle.

We Innovate

We Innovate

We are changing the way periods are understood and experienced by young people. By replacing myths and hesitation with the right knowledge, Zero Period builds confidence, encourages open conversations, and helps students approach menstruation without shame or disruption.

What I Learnt Today

MY BODY IS GROWING

Puberty is a natural stage of growing up. Hormones help our bodies change and develop, and everyone grows at their own pace.

PERIODS ARE NORMAL

A period is a natural part of growing up not an illness or something to feel ashamed of. Understanding your body helps you feel prepared and confident.

CARE, CLEANLINESS & CONFIDENCE

Good period hygiene means changing products regularly, disposing of them responsibly and keeping clean. Questions are always okay, and talking about periods should never be shameful.
