Refund and Cancellation Policy

Redcliffe Hygiene Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) consistently works towards the protection of its customers’ interests. Therefore, the Company follows a reliable, easy and streamlined process to facilitate the services and products being provided to its customers.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) read with the Terms and Conditions available on our website ‘https://www.peesafe.com/’ applies to the services and products offered to persons who are using or visiting our website.

For the purposes of this Policy, “Customer(s)” shall mean the users who purchase the products through the Company’s website (“you” or “your”).

  1. Cancellation by Pee Safe:
  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel due to unforeseeable circumstances or incidents which are deemed beyond the Company’s control. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
  • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  1. Cancellation by Customer:
  • If you cancel your order within 3 (three) hours of placing the order, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If the cancellation is after your product/order has been shipped, you can do one of the following:
  • If your product/order has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may refuse to accept the order at the time of the delivery attempt.
  • Once the order is delivered and received, you shall not be entitled to receive any refund. If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found in the product as enumerated below.
  1. Replacement
  • In order to get a defective item or wrong product replaced, contact the Customer Care via ‘Contact Us’ available on the website or care@peesafe.com within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.
  • In case of receipt of wrong or damaged or any missing product, you are required to raise the replacement request within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery, along with a visual proof (the first opening video and/or an image of the package) of such wrong/damaged or missing item.
  • Upon inspection of the proof of defected/damaged product and approval by the Company’s Pee Safe experts, the defective/damaged product or part of the product will be recalled, and the replacement will be initiated. We will endeavour to ship the replacement product(s) within 7 (seven) business days from the date of the approval of the replacement request by the Company’s Pee Safe experts upon inspection of the recalled product.
  • To claim a replacement, the product claim must be related to either of the following:
  • Item was defective;
  • Item was damaged in transit;
  • Products was/ were missing; or
  • Wrong item was received.
  1. Refund And Return:
  • No returns and/or refunds shall be made once the product has been delivered to you, unless a replacement request is eligible for refunds as per the terms of this Policy.
  • Refunds are only applicable for orders that are not delivered to the Customer, as evidenced by the Company’s records and/or delivery partners.

We encourage the Customer to review the listing and product information before making the purchase decision and placing an order. In case the Customer orders a wrong item, Pee Safe/seller shall not initiate any return/refund. We further advise not to accept products if the box is torn or damaged from the outside.

The following RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded, including items for which the seal is found to be broken. The list of such items includes Pee Safe, Mosquito Safe, Palm Safe & Menstrual Cups, Sanitary Pads, Razor, Intimate Wash, Menstrual Cup Wash, Tampons and Panty Liners.
  2. Do not accept an order if the packaging is torn or damaged.
  3. All deliveries of our products are OTP verified. In case your order status reflects ‘delivered’ but the order has not been received by you, please report the same to the Customer Care via ‘Contact Us’ on the website within 24 (twenty-four) hours. In such cases, the Company will conduct an inspection and take necessary steps, as per the Company’s discretion, on a case-to-case basis.
  4. All items intended to be replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
  5. In the event the Company Seller/Pee Safe accepts the replacement request raised by the Customer, the Customer will have to return the product and upon inspection of the product and approval by Pee Safe experts, replacement of the product will be delivered to the Customer.
  6. In case of approved refunds, it may take up to 7 (seven) business days for the Company to process and refund the amount to the original payment source of the Customer. However, it may take a certain period for the refunded amount to reflect in the Customer's account, depending on the payment processor and banking procedures.
